Bad Skin! 4 girls not afraid to kick ass and deliver a phenomenal performance each time they set foot on stage!

They love to take every opportunity to show the world what they are capable of! They played a lot of shows and festivals in Quebec: Pouzza Fest, 77 Festival, Rockfest pour la santé mentale, Le Phoque Off , Music4Cancer, Pop Montreal, Scheduled tour in UK July 2022 and many more! Throughout the festivals they met and spend time with their main inspiration, the members of L7.   The went on an adventure, the biggest convention in the world at Cannes for MIDEM 2019.

A lot of things happened since they started… it’s hard to keep up but don’t worry I’ll take you back to the beginning! It all started with Dope, (signer/ rhythm guitarist) from Laval. Since birth she knew she would leave her mark on the world. Everywhere she goes people always remember her phenomenal energy, no one even knows when she sleeps!

 In late 2016 she wanted to start a crazy all girl Punk/Rock Band and quickly found her accomplices! With some flyers and posters, she eventually met Caro (lead guitarist) and automatically knew it was a match in heaven… hell they have the same brain! Afterwards, thanks to Facebook she found the sweet, adorable and very smart Aurély (bassist) and the final missing piece, that pop red cherry on a Sunday, the beast, Christine (drums). With passion and dedication, they had one mission in mind, speak for the voiceless! They connect with their fans in the most incredible way and they help them raise awareness on daily injustices through their songs. Soon enough they were signed by Dance Plant Records who is helping and mentoring them along the way to be the best version of themselves and take off on that unbelievable journey…. which is just starting!

Bad Skin! 4 Filles toujours prête à donner une performance inoubliable à chaque fois qu’elles mettent le pieds sur scène! Elles sont toujours partantes pour des opportunités et montrer au monde ce qu’elles peuvent livrer! Elles ont joué dans plusieurs spectacles et festivals: Pouzza Fest, 77 Festival, Rockfest pour la santé mentale, Le Phoque Off etc Parmi tout ces événements elles ont également eu la chance de rencontrer les membres de leur band préférée L7. Bad Skin à même fait présence à la plus grosse convention musicale du monde à Cannes pour MIDEM. C’est très dure de suivre toutes leurs activités… beaucoup de choses se sont produites depuis leur début, mais une chance pour vous, je vais vous ramener au tout début! Tout à commencer avec Dope (chanteuse/guitariste) de Laval. Depuis son enfance, elle savait qu’elle allait laisser sa marque dans ce monde. Peu importe où elle va tout le monde se souvient de son énergie extraordinaire… personne ne sait si elle prend même le temps de dormir! En 2016, Dope à voulu commencer un band de filles punk/rock remarquable et à vite trouver ces complices. Grâce à des ‘’flyers’’ elle a trouvé Caro (guitariste) et tout de suite elle a su que c’était un match parfait, leur complicité est tellement hors du commun . Par la suite, avec l’aide de Facebook elles sont tombées sur la plus aimable, adorable et intelligente Aurély (Basiste) et le derniers morceau, la cerise rouge éclatante sur le sunday, la phénoménale  Christine (drummeuse). Avec passion et dédication elles ont une mission en tête : donner une voix à ceux qui n’ont pas la chance de pouvoir s’exprimer. Elles sont toujours en communication avec leur fans pour les aider à faire passer des messages sur des injustices sociales à travers leurs chansons. Aussi vite que prévu, elles ont été signées par Dance Plant Records qui les aide à travers cette merveilleuse aventure qui ne fait que commencer!
